    Patients atients with acute myocardial infarction
    Inclusion criteria Low risk patients symptoms of myocardial infraction for >30min, within 6h of symptom onset or between 6 and 24h if there were signs and symptoms of ongoing ischemia with >=0.1mV ST segment in more than 2 leads
    Exclusion criteria life expectency <6 months; high risk: contraindication to thrombolysis, Killip>=2, ECG evidence of anterior wall infarction
