TheInfo uses pop-ups for certain application functions and it is recommended that you configure pop-up blocking software to allow these pop-up windows. When a session is started the TherInfo Result Window is "popped up." If this window fails to open users are presented with a message warning that a pop-up blocker may be active. This warning page gives you the option of bypassing the pop-up process by clicking a hyperlink to open the window but recommends that you configure your pop-up blocker and try again.

For optimal functionality we recommend that you configure your pop-up blocking software allow pop-ups for the TherInfo application. If you choose to avoid configuring or disabling your pop-up blocking software you may experience certain side effects and will be prompted to take additional action each time you attempt to join a conference.
